Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern all quotations, sales and orders between Shenzhen Global Dream Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “we”, “us”, “our”) and the buyer (“you”, “your”). By submitting an order or accepting our quotation, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Quotation & MOQ(Minimum Order Quantity)

All quotations have a valid period from the date issued.

Prices are quoted in USD, excluding freight, insurance, customs duties and any import taxes of your country.
Each product has a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ). MOQ can be negotiated for special projects.

2. Samples

We can provide product samples upon your request for specific case . Sample cost and courier freight shall be borne by you. Sample cost may be refunded when you place a formal bulk order meeting our required quantity.

3. Payment Terms

For bulk orders, we accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer). Other payment methods can be discussed separately.

4. Production & Lead Time

Production will start after receiving your payment. The lead time will be advised after payment. We will inform you promptly if any delay may happen due to raw material shortage or force majeure.

5. Inspection & Shipment

We carry out strict product inspection before shipment. We arrange shipment as per your instruction. Shipping cost, import duty and risk of goods transfer to you once goods leave our warehouse.

6. Defects & Return

You must notify us of any product quality issues within 7 working days after receiving goods. You need to provide clear photos or videos for verification, or third party testing report. We will negotiate a proper solution for confirmed quality problems. We do not accept returns for defects caused by improper use, damage during transportation or wrong operation. And, we do not accept returns for goods showing obvious signs of use, or items that are damaged, missing parts or not in original condition for reasons not caused by our fault.

7. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disaster, war, pandemic, government restriction, port strike and supply chain interruption.

8. Amendment

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions. Updated version will be published on our website.
